    The Power Liquid Chiller Modules (LCM series) are designed as compact, hermetically sealed refrigeration systems. Each LCM includes:

    1. DC Compressor: Provides efficient cooling.
    2. PCB Drive Board: Manages the system’s operations.
    3. Condenser and Fan: Ensures effective heat dissipation.
    4. Capillary or Expansion Valve: Regulates refrigerant flow.
    5. Plate Evaporator: Facilitate heat exchange with user’s coolant loop.

    The system is fully charged with refrigerant options R-134a or R290 and is thermally insulated. Mounted on a baseplate, the LCM series is ready to be directly integrated into the end application. Users simply connect their own coolant loop to the plate evaporator, allowing for customized cooling solutions tailored to specific requirements.

    The Large Power Chiller features a hermetically sealed system that includes a miniature variable speed compressor, PCB drive board, condenser, fan, capillary or expansion valve, and a plate evaporator. These components are all efficiently arranged within a compact unit, making the system both lightweight and space-saving. The chiller is pre-charged with refrigerants R-134a or R290, providing immediate readiness for deployment. Its design allows for seamless integration into existing systems, with end-users connecting their coolant loop to the plate evaporator.

     

    The Large Chiller cooling capacity ranges from 850 ~ 1780 watts, efficient operation with a coefficient of performance (COP) as high as 4, and the ability to achieve temperatures as low as -20°C.
