They include the industry-leading original 1.9cc and 3.25cc series single cylinder miniature dc compressors (100W~550W); and the 2.8cc and 3.8cc twin-cylinder series mini dc compressors (300W~700W). Furthermore, we've developed natural refrigerant R290 series rotary compressors to meet European market standards.

     

    Vapor compression refrigeration is the earliest development and the most widely used form of refrigeration. According to statistics, 95% of the current refrigeration systems belong to vapor compression refrigeration. It has the advantages of high refrigeration capacity, high-performance factor, and simple and reliable structure.

In order to better meet the needs of the market, RIGID has spent a decade designing a series of complete micro refrigeration systems. There are 3 cooling approaches available: Air cooling, liquid cooling, and direct refrigeration. Those micro refrigeration systems can benefit from RIGID's miniature vapor compressor technologies in order to increase their performance, which in this case means greater processing speed by increasing the operating frequency of the processor clock.


    RIGID vapor mini compressor, whose main feature is the fact of being extremely slim, enables the development of a refrigeration system that is also slim. In addition to the mini compressor, the compact heat exchangers present elevated energy dissipation power for the small space used.
