The customer is a taiwan-funded pharmaceutical company, headquartered in Beijing, the project is located in Ningbo Zhenhai Hi-tech park, which is its branch company.
The project has two cold storage: One is drug product refrigeration room with designed temperature of +2 to +8 degrees, and the other is a freezer with designed temperature of -4 to +4 degrees. As a medicine refrigeration storage, all the electrical appliances must be explosion-proof. Plus, we prepared two sets of refrigeration systems, one for use and the other one with backup.
The 1st refrigeration coldroom is 60 cubic meters (the storage setted temperature is +2 to +8 degrees). It is equipped with 3 HP Copeland air cooled Condensing unit;
The 2nd freezing coldroom is 120 cubic meters (the storage setted temperature is -4 to +4 degrees). It is equipped with 8 HP Copeland air cooled Condensing unit;
All the evaporators used for both Refrigeration & Freezing are designed with explosion-proof motor and adopt hot air defrost, all of which are stainless steel sleeve. Besides, at the request of customers, the coldrooms use 100mm thick stainless steel polyurethane plates, and the edges of the joints are treated according to the standard of the clean room.
The two cold rooms are equipped with an separated electric control box. The automatic temperature and humidity recorder are installed with 24-hour monitoring.
The total construction period of the project is 40 days, and RIGID provides two years warranty. Till now, the project runs pretty well and well-received by customers.
