Driver Cooling System
Rigid custom refrigeration module for personal cooling in the race car industry. We have successfully developed a cooling unit for race car driver body cooling. The system keeps the driver’s core cool, which helps to prevent fatigue or cramps while racing.
We know that temperature on the track can reach over 60°C (140°F) and the extreme condition will make driver feel uncomfortable even affect his operation. The Rigid’s Mini-Chilled Water Unit keeps the cooling system lightweight. Plus, its compact size ensures the driver chiller does not affect the performance of the car.
